Which paddle is right for me?

New to pickleball? Start with our Fiberglass 16mm paddle — a large sweet spot and forgiving control while you learn. Improving player? The T700 Carbon Fiber paddle adds spin and speed. Competitive player? Go for the Kevlar Pro or our 3K Carbon Fiber paddle with thermoformed core for maximum power and precision.

What's included in the Starter Kit?

2 paddles, 4 balls, and a carry bag — everything two players need to get on the court, in one box. A favorite for clubs and training programs.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

How fast is delivery?

Shipping is free, with delivery typically in 2–3 business days. Every order ships with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Are taxes included?

Yes — the price you see is the price you pay. All taxes are included at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Full details in our Refund Policy.

How do I start a return?

Use our contact form and include your order number. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label with instructions.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll make it right.

Do you offer exchanges?

The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order for the one you want once the return is accepted.
